Anaconda

Anaconda is a distribution of the Python and R programming languages for scientific computing, that aims to simplify package management and deployment.

CUDA Toolkit (G)

The NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit includes GPU-accelerated libraries, debugging and optimization tools, a C/C++ compiler, and a runtime library to deploy your application. *Included in the nvhpc_sdk/2025.255 module. Future CUDA versions will only be available through the NVIDIA HPC SDK module.

The GNU Compiler Collection includes front ends for C, C++, Objective-C, Fortran, Ada, Go, and D, as well as libraries for these languages (libstdc++,…).

Open MPI
